Abstract
The evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI), especially in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and the creation of language models like GPT as research tools, poses ethical and legal challenges due to their lack of consciousness. CAPIC Review should ensure the quality of studies that employ AI. Researchers are advised to facilitate peer review by providing details about the utilized AI, citing it accurately, and addressing ethical and legal challenges.
