Conflict of interest statement
a) About authorship. The authors and authors have been ordered according to their level of responsibility and participation, and accept their responsibility for the writing, they must guarantee: that the work is original, disclose their conflicts of interest of any nature and acknowledge any financial support or personal or economic relationship that have to do with that job.
b) From the reviewers. The commitment to carry out a critical, honest, constructive and unbiased review is assumed, both of the scientific quality and of the literary quality of the writing. The reviewers only review a contribution if they feel competent in the subject and that there are no conflicts of interest.
c) From the Editor, Editorial Committee, Section Editors (associates) and expert peers These reviewing instances are committed to the confidentiality of the contributions, their authors and reviewers, so that anonymity preserves the intellectual integrity of the entire process. They must disclose to the Editor any conflict of interest that could influence his opinions about the work and refrain from evaluating certain works if they deem it appropriate. These reviewing bodies must not use the knowledge of the work, before its publication, to promote their own interests.
